Street Photography is a genre I only recently discovered, after spending years taking pictures of landscapes and nature but avoiding people. I find it both beautiful and challenging to capture moments on the streets which make a portrait of our society. Besides looking for stories in a picture, I like to play with light and movement and colours. Thus, I do not focus on B&W like many purist photographers do but like the colours of the city which repeat themselves in people´s dresses. Most of the time I take candid photos and only rarely there is eye-contact. I use a Fujifilm X100F camera without flash and make almost no post-production.
